सफलता

जीवन में सफलता की सीढ़ीचढ़ने के लिए जरुरी है- लक्ष्य निर्धारण,लक्ष्य प्राप्ति के लिए बेचैनी, रूचि,इच्छा,दृढ़ निश्चय,प्रयास इत्यादि|किसी भी क्षेत्र में सफलता पाने के लिए सबसे पहले लक्ष्य निर्धारण करना चाहिए|तत्पश्चात उस लक्ष्य को पाने के लिए आवश्यक प्रयासों को दृढ़ इच्छा शक्ति और दृढ़ निश्चय के साथ करना चाहिए|किसी भी काम को बिना रूचि के करने पर मनवांछित फल प्राप्त नहीं होता और न ही मानव खुशी अनुभव करता है|उसे वह काम बोझ लगने लगता है|यदि किसी काम को प्रसन्न मन से किया जाए तो उसका परिणाम भी अच्छा होता है और उस काम को करने में आनंद भी मिलता है|कहा भी जाता है- मन के हारे हार है मन के जीते जीत अर्थात यदि हम किसी काम को शुरू करने से पहले ही उसके विषय में नकारात्मक सोच धारण कर लेते हैं तो उस काम में मिलने वाली सफलता कोसों दूर चली जाती है|काम के प्रति सकारात्मक सोच और कठोर परिश्रम मनुष्य को सफलता के सर्वोच्च शिखर पर पहुचा देता है|इस विषय में यह कथन सत्य प्रतीत होता है कि

"सवेरे से पहले गहन अंधकार होता है

सकारात्मक सोच भरेंगे तो छिटकेगी मंजिल"

मधुमक्खियों से हमने सीखा.....

सुनो सुनो भाई बात सुनो, एक पते की बात सुनो

कहीं बड़ा सा था एक छत्ता, मधुमखियों का था वहाँ जत्था

जगह जगह वो घूम घूम, करती रहती थी शहद इकठ्ठा

दो दो रंग की मक्खी थी और छत्ते का था बड़ा आकार

इसी समस्या को सुलझाने, गिले शिकवे सबके मिटाने

वहाँ भी आई एक सरकार

सबसे बड़ी जो मक्खी थी वो, चुनी गयी उसकी सरदार

नए नियम कानून बने, करने को सबके सपने साकार

नए नए बागों में जाना, मीठा मीठा रस चुराना

थोड़ी भी बईमानी की तो, रानी मक्खी से डाँट खाना

जैसे जैसे समय बड़ा, सरकारी लोगो का परिवार बड़ा

क्योंकि वो थे नेता के बच्चे, काम में होते कैसे सच्चे ?

काम पे जाने को कतराते चोरी करने को ललचाते

भरा पड़ा था शहद भंडार, मक्खियों की मेहनत का सार

नेताओं की नज़र लगी और शुरू हुए अब दिन बेकार

चोरी-चकारी शुरू हुई, नीयत सबकी थी हुई खराब  

सबने मिलके धोखा दिया, हो भाई बहन या रिश्तेदार   

जनता बेचारी क्या करती ? उनकी हालत थी लाचार

सोचा और मेहनत करेंगे, बढ़ाने को छत्ते का भार

खूब मिलके जोर लगाया, लेकिन कुछ भी काम न आया

तभी समय की घडी वो आई, एक मक्खी ने हिम्मत दिखाई

पूछी उसने एक ही बात, हमारा शहद किसने चुराया-किसने चुराया

सरकार ने खेली राजनीती और बातों से जनता को भिड़ाया

जनता के बच्चे भूखे थे, लेकिन सरकार के मजे थे

किसी के घर में बूंद नहीं और किसी के शहद से लड़े पड़े थे

जनता भूख से मर रही थी, सरकारी लोग सो रहे थे

सरकार ने गंदे खेल जो खेले, वो जनता पे भरी पड़े थे 

लेकिन अब थी जनता की बारी, मिलकर सरकारी लोगों के घर रेड मारी

जनता देख के हुई हैरान, भरी पड़ी थी उनकी अलमारी

सारी करनी सरकार की थी, भोली जनता का फायदा उठाया

उन्ही से अपना काम कराया, उन्ही की पीठ पर छुरी भी मारी

जनता अब थी होश में आई, अपना हक हम वापस लेंगे चाहे करनी पड़े लड़ाई

आगे-आगे सरकार भागे, पीछे-पीछे जनता आई

जाना पड़ा सरकार को और जाते-जाते खायी पिटाई

जनता थी जो होश में आई, जनता थी जो होश में आई

One should not be envious while working in a team. One should always be clear about the fact that growth and development can only happen when everyone puts in efforts. Similarly, one should be confident enough to speak his mind. Ideas must be shared with others. A HIGGS-LIKE PARTICLE

The discovery of a new Higgs boson particle in the energy window if 125.30.6 GeV, with just a 3-in-10 million chance of being wrong, at the Large Hardon Colloider (LHC) is important for our understanding of the sub-atomic world. The Higgs is the crucial missing link in the 50-year-old standard model, the theory of the known fundamental particles and forces of nature (except gravity), which has withstood all high-precision tests that have been done to verify its correctness. The LHC, which began its operations in March 2010, will continue to run its experiments so that results can be revalidated before its shuts down at the end of the year for maintenance. This is just the beginning of a long journey and other properties of this particle will be scrutinized to see if this is indeed the Higgs boson that scientists were looking for, or another particle altogether. When the LHC reopens in 2014 after a year of upgrades, its energy will double, and other Higgs particles may be seen.
