In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure. Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm. So I can say Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome. Develop success from failures. Discouragement and failure are two of the surest stepping stones to success.
Key to success: rise early, work hard, strike oil.
