HUMAN RELATIONS

“The challenge for management is as to how to integrate people so that they are inspired to work together effectively, with economic, social and psychological satisfaction.”
How do you integrate, motivate, encourage and develop a social atmosphere in today’s economic environment where people are expected to do more with less.
Ambivalence toward authority: People like freedom but feel lost if they have too much – They need protection but not interference.
So, prepare a good organizational cultural relationship with the collegues.
