It’s not an exaggeration to say that criticism is for some people the dominant fear of everyday life .Unfortunately , there will always be a person to criticize your behavior or negatively characterize your actions .Nobody likes criticism and a few have the skills to work it for their benefits. Definitely a bad criticism can hurt sometimes, but same can help you deal with it and turn into an opportunity, there are some tips which you can follow and turn Criticism into Opportunity.
• Separate the tone of criticism from honest suggestions
• Smile……. it makes others worry
• Don’t take criticism too personally
• Try not to react immediately
• Do not pay attention to unjustified criticism.
• Accept the fact that criticism will always be there
